Prairie Heights pulled out a 42-40 NECC wrestling decision over county rival Lakeland Tuesday night in Brushy Prairie.
Westview will host the 2012 IHSAA wrestling sectional this Saturday starting at 9 a.m.
Prairie Heights got past host Lakeland, 48-30 in NECC wrestling action Tuesday night.
