Nishikawa of America (NISCO), a sealing systems manufacturer, has announced plans to expand its operations in LaGrange County, creating up to 25 new jobs by 2014.
The LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department was contacted on Dec. 23 regarding a hit and run.
