The LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department was contacted by Parkview LaGrange Hospital on March 3 regarding a possible battery complaint.

A LaGrange man is facing animal cruelty charges after being arrested last week.
According to reports, a body found last year in Florida has been identified as Martha Wever, the sister of former LaGrange County Sheriff and state representative Dale Sturtz.

At approximately 5 a.m. on December 10, a traffic stop on a semi tractor-trailer was made by the LaGrange Police Department on Central Ave. at Townline Rd.
At approximately 8:30 p.m. on December 9, a 2005 Chevrolet pickup was stopped by the LaGrange Police Department on US 20 at CR 400E.
Shortly after 8 p.m. on November 29, an officer from the LaGrange Police Department stopped a 2002 Dodge Caravan for a traffic violation on US 20 east of LaGrange.
