The Plaintiff, by Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP, filed a Complaint for Mortgage Foreclosure on 01/20/2012 as Cause No. 44D01-1201-MF-8, and after having made a diligent search, states that the following defendants cannot be found, have concealed their whereabouts, or have left the state: Laura L. Hager, Walter T. Hager. The residence(s) of the Defendant(s) is not known. The Plaintiff seeks to foreclose a mortgage on the following real estate:
The West Ten (10) feet of Lot Number Nine (9) In Lake View Resort, Stone Lake. Along with part of the vacated road recorded in Road Record 4, pages 481-483.
Also, a part of Lot Number Nine (9) Oakwood Beach Subdivision at stone Lake, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of aforesaid Lot Nine (9) of Oakwood Beach Subdivision; thence South 1°8’ East along the East line of said Lot Nine (9) a distance of 216.50 feet to the water’s edge; thence North 72°36’ West along the water’s edge a distance of 63.12 feet; thence North 11°49’ East, a distance of 102.58 feet; thence North 9°58’ West a distance of 63.03 feet; thence North 0°31’ East a distance of 38.25 feet to the North line of aforesaid Lot Nine (9); thence due East along the North line of said Lot Nine (9) a distance of 45 feet to the point of beginning. Along with part of the vacated road recorded in Road Record 4 pages 481-483.
