SUMMONS – SERVICE BY PUBLICATION

     The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, legally described as:

A parcel of land situated on the south side of the north line of Section 8, in the Village of Mongo, LaGrange County, Indiana, being in Township 37 North, Range 11 East and more specifically described as follows: Starting at a point on the aforesaid Section line 40 feet west of the Northwest corner of land now owned by Zera E. Garlets; thence south 120 feet, more or less, to a line running parallel with the North Section line of said Section 8; thence west on said line coinciding with the north wall of the old warehouse building, 335.9 feet to a point on the west bank of Pigeon River; thence North along the west bank of Pigeon River to the North line of said Section 8; thence east along the north line of said Section 8 to the place of beginning, except a strip of land 50 feet wide off the east side thereof.

SUBJECT TO LIENS, ENCUMBRANCES, AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.

This property is commonly known as 7580 E. 300 N., Howe, IN 46746

     In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this summons there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by your attorney, on or before the 20th day of March, 2013 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
