You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.

Against the property commonly known as 10365 E 350 S, Lagrange, IN 46761-9563 and described as follows:
PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 36 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST, LAGRANGE COUNTY, INDIANA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER (AS REFERENCED BY THE LAGRANGE SURVEYOR’S OFFICE), SAID POINT BEING THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SHELEY ACRES, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF LAGRANGE COUNTY, INDIANA, SAID CORNER BIENG MONUMENTED BY A RAILROAD SPIKE FOUND 0.11 FEET NORTH AND BEING LOCATED NORTH 89 DEGREES 56 MINUTES 05 SECONDS WEST (RECORDED PLATTED BEARING AND IS UTILIZED FOR THE BASIS OF ALL BEARINGS RELATIVE TO THE DESCRIPTION), A DISTANCE OF 631.99 FEET FROM A RAILROAD SPIKE FOUND ORIGINATING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER (AS REFERENCED BY THE LAGRANGE COUNTY SURVEYOR’S OFFICE): THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 56 MINUTES 05 SECONDSWEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER, BEING WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF COUNTY ROAD 350 SOUTH, A DISTANCE OF 365.44 FEET TO A RAILROAD SPIKE SET; THENCE NORTH 03 DEGREES 08 MINUTES 28 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 201.90 FEET TO A REBAR SET ON A LINE BEINGESTABLISHED BY MONUMENTS FOUND; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 38 SECONDS EAST ALONG A LINE BEING ESTABLISHED BY MONUMENTS FOUND, A DISTANCE OF 271.26 FEET TO A REBAR FOUND MONUMENTING A WESTERLY CORDER OF SAID SHELEY ACRES; THENCE SOUTH 20 DEGREES 10MINUTES 53 SECONDS EAST ALONG A WESTERLY LINE OF SAID SHELEY ACRES, A DISTANCE OF 214.84 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 1.452 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS.
