You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
The nature of the suit against you is:
Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate
Against the property commonly known as 4020 S 1170 E, Stroh, IN 46789 and described as follows:
PART OF LOTS 2 AND 3 IN HAYWARD’S 2ND ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF STROH AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 65 AND LOCATED IN SECTION 13 TOWNSHIP 36 NORTH RANGE 11 EAST LAGRANGE COUNTY, INDIANA AND BOUNDED AS FOLLOWS:BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE SOUTH 1 DEGREE 28 MINUTES 15 SECONDS EAST 142.5 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOTS 2 AND 3; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 31 MINUTES 45 SECONDS WEST 80.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 1 DEGREE 28 MINUTES 15 SECONDS WEST 142.5 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 2; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 31 MINUTES 45 SECONDS EAST 80.0 FEET ALONG SAID NORTH LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
