NOTICE OF SUIT

     The State of Indiana to the defendants named above and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above. The nature of the suit against you is: Foreclosure of real estate mortgage on:

Lot Number Fifteen (15) in the recorded Plat of River Oaks as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 66.

ALSO:

Lot Number Sixteen (16) in the Plat of River Oaks Subdivision, Section III, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 48 on September 7, 1965.

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose addresses are follows:

     JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, c/o CT Corporation System

251 East Ohio Street, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204;

     Albert V. Miller, 595 E. State Rd 120, Howe, IN 46746;

     Unknown Occupant, 1145 E 105th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46280;

and to the following defendant whose whereabouts is unknown:

     Karen M. Miller

In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction of occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the third Notice of Suit is published, and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
