NOTICE OF SUIT

The State of Indiana to the Defendant(s) above named, and any other person who may be concerned.

You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.

The nature of the suit against you is:

Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate

Against the property commonly known as 524 n Maple St, Lagrange, IN 46761-1521 and described as follows:

One hundred Twenty-two (122) feet by parallel lines off of the East side of the following described parcel: Commencing forty (40) feet East of the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter (¼) of the Northeast quarter (¼) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Ten (10) East, and running thence North Eighty-one (81) feet; thence East one hundred twenty-five (125) feet; thence North fifty-one (51) feet; thence East one hundred fifty-five and one half (155 ½) feet; thence South eight (8) rods; thence West seventeen (17) rods to the place of beginning. Being the same property conveyed from John T. Gilmore and Delores Gilmore, husband and wife, to John S. Gilmore and Tara Gilmore, husband and wife by deed dated 9-4-97 and recorded 9-5-97 as Instrument No. 97-9-99 in the Office of the Recorder of LaGrange County, Indiana.

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s):

First Financial Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Farmers State Bank and The Unknown Tenant

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown:

The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of William K. Gerwig, Deceased

If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.

You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded, by the Plaintiff.
