     By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of LaGrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44D01-1102-MF-11 wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company was Plaintiff, and Jacqueline C. Bruce was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb, 2012, at the hour of 10 A.M., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 S. State Road 9; LaGrange Indiana, in LaGrange County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in LaGrange County, Indiana.

Lot 9 in the Plat of Wynkoop's Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3,Page 4, in the records of LaGrange County. Indiana, being located in the North one-half of the North one-half of the fractional Southeast one quarter of Section 30, Township 36 North, Range 10 East, LaGrange County, Indiana.
