By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Lagrange Superior Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44D01-1205-MF-58 , wherein Bank of America, N.A., was Plaintiff, and James F. Braid IV, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14 day of Nov, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 AM., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 S. State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana:

     Lot Eleven (11) in Hillcrest Estates Subdivision in the Town of Topeka, Indiana.
