By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the clerk of Superior Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44D01-1112-MF-104, wherein LNV Corporation as assignee of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems. Inc. as nominee for Market Street Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Mark A.
