By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Lagrange Superior Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 44D01-1006-MF-28 , wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2007-HE1, was Plaintiff, and Larry W. Herrick and Carlo M. Timmons-Herrick, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the ___ day of 4-18-, 2012, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 S. State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana.

All that Parcel of Land in LaGrange County, State of Indiana, as described in Deed Inst. #05120021, ID#120935, being known and designated as Lot Numbered Twelve (12) in Fourth Man’s Subdivision to Wit-Mar-Lin Addition to Witmer Lake, Filed in Plat Book 3, Page 97, Recorded 07/29/1959.
