NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Superior Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44D01-0910-MF-65 wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC was Plaintiff, and Larry J. Grandstaff, Louetta Grandstaff and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18 day of April, 2012, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana.

Lots 1, 2, and the East ½ of Lot 3 in Block 13, Village of Ontario, LaGrange County, Indiana. ALSO the North half (N ½) of a vacated alley South of Lots 1 and 2 and the East half of Lot 3. (165’ x 8.25’).

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
