By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Lagrange Superior Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44D01-0809-MF-53 , wherein the Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York As Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-15, was Plaintiff, and Jane R. White, Robert L. White, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14 day of Nov, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 AM __.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana:

Lot Number 2 in White Acres, according to the plat thereof, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of LaGrange County, Indiana.
