     By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of LaGrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-1111-MF-93 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Shannon M. Keipper a/k/a Shayne Lakota Sigafoose and Dawn Marie Bowers a/k/a Dawn M. Bowers, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27 day of June, 2012 at the hour(s) of 10 AM, of said day, at 0875 S.
