NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Circuit Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-1108-MF-59 wherein Bank of America, N.A., as successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing L.P. was Plaintiff, and Freeman L. Lambright a/k/a Freeman Lambright and Valoree Howell were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27 day of June, 2012, at the hour of 10 Am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana.

A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 36 North, Range 10 East, Johnson Township, LaGrange County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the West Half of said Quarter Section; thence South 87 degrees 38 minutes 10 seconds West (assumed bearing) 373.7 feet along the South line of said Quarter Section to the centerline of a public highway to the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 87 degrees 38 minutes 10 seconds West 267.65 feet along said South line to an iron pin; thence North 2 degrees 21 minutes 50 seconds West 164.25 feet to an iron pin; thence North 71 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds East, 186.20 feet to the centerline of said public highway; thence South 24 degrees 43 minutes 10 seconds East, 233.15 feet along said centerline to the point of beginning. Containing 1.00 acres, more or less. The above land being described in a Quit-claim Deed (Irish to Wall), recorded in Deed Instrument Number 86-7-322, is a platted lot and is better described as follows: The One Lot residential Subdivision containing 1.00 acres, more or less in the final plat of Field’s Acres, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 147, in the LaGrange County Recorder’s Office. Said Field’s Acres being a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24,Township 36 North, Range 10 East, Johnson Township, LaGrange County, Indiana.
