NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Circuit Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-1106-MF-45 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and William M. Miller and Gena J. Miller were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27 day of June, 2012, at the hour of _____m, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana.
Lot One (1) in the Plat of MGM Minor Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 18, page 61 & 61A in the records of the LaGrange County Recorder’s Office and located in Section Twenty-one (21), Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Nine (9) East, LaGrange County, Indiana.
