By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Circuit Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-1012-MF-107 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Elizabeth Lehman, Ora Lehman, a/k/a Ora J. Lehman and Interra Credit Union were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14 day of Nov, 2012, at the hour of 10Am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana.

Part of the Southeast quarter (SE ¼) of Section fifteen (15), township thirty six (36) north, range eight (8) east, LaGrange County, Indiana, more fully described as follows: Beginning at a point on the section line north zero degree (0) two minutes (02’) west, six hundred sixty (660.00) feet from the southeast corner of said section 15, thence north zero degree (0) two minutes (0’) west on the section line six hundred seventy five (675.00) feet; thence south eighty eight degrees (88) forty-nine (49”) west parallel to the south section lien three hundred thirty (330.00) feet; thence south zero degree (0) two minutes (02’) east parallel to the east section line six hundred seventy five (675.00) feet; thence north eighty eight degrees (88) forty nine minutes (49’) east three hundred thirty (330.00) feet to the place of beginning.
