By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the LaGrange Circuit Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 25, 2011, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the office of the Sheriff of LaGrange County, in LaGrange County, Indiana, located at 0875S SR-9, LaGrange, Indiana 46761 on 4-18-12 at 10 A Local Time, the fee simple title together with the rents, profits, issues and income or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs of the following described real estate located in LaGrange County, Indiana, to-wit:
Lot Two (2) in Schrock Estates as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 102, being part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 37 North, Range 9 East, LaGrange County, Indiana.
A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Nine (9) East, more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point North Zero (0) degrees Six (06) minutes Fifty (50) seconds West One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-nine and Ninety-five Hundredths (1289.95) feet North of the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 24, said point also being Twenty-five (25) feet West of the Northwest corner of Lot 1 in Schrock Estates; thence South Eighty-nine (89) degrees Fifty-eight (58) minutes Forty (40) seconds East Three Hundred Twenty-five (325) feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence North Zero (0) degrees Six (06) minutes Fifty (50) seconds West Sixty (60) feet; thence North Eighty-nine (89) degrees Fifty-eight minutes Forty (40) seconds West Three Hundred Twenty-five (325) feet; thence South Zero (0) degrees Six (06) minutes Fifty (50) seconds East Sixty (60) feet to the Place of Beginning.

This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws conflicting therewith (see Indiana Code).
It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption from such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the undersigned, Sheriff of LaGrange County, a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.
Taken as the property of the Defendant(s) stated above at the suit of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.. Said sale to be without relief from valuation and/or appraisement laws.
