NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Circuit Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-1007-MF-70 wherein Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Christopher A. Willms and PNC Bank, N.A. successor by merger to National City Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18 day of April, 2012, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in LaGrange County, Indiana.
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 38 North, Range 11 East, located in Greenfield Township, LaGrange County, Indiana, and being described as follows: Commencing at the Harrison Monument marking the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 38 North, Range 11 East; thence North 00 degrees 54 minutes 35 seconds East (assumed basis of bearing) 250.00 feet on and along the East line of said Northeast Quarter to a MAG Nail also being the Northeast corner of a 1.0 acre plus or minus tract of real estate described in Deed Record 94, page 422, Public Records of LaGrange County, Indiana; thence North 00 degrees 54 minutes 35 seconds East 417.42 feet on and along said East line to a MAG Nail; thence North 89 degrees 11 minutes 42 seconds West 208.71 feet parallel with the South line of said Northeast Quarter of a No. 5 rebar with plastic cap stamped LS9700007; thence South 00 degrees 54 minutes 35 seconds West 417.42 feet parallel with said East line to a No. 5 rebar with plastic cap stamped LS9700007; thence South 89 degrees 11 minutes 42 seconds East 208.71 feet parallel with said South line to the point of beginning.
