NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Circuit Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-1006-MF-68 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC was Plaintiff, and Brent F. Schlemmer and Carmen Rochelle Schlemmer were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14 day of Nov, 2012, at the hour of 10Am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana.
Lot Number Five (5), Except One (1) Rod off the South Side Thereof, in Block Seven (7) of the Original Plat of the Town of LaGrange, Indiana.
