OF REAL ESTATE
By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the LaGrange Circuit Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 5, 2010, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the office of the Sheriff of LaGrange County, in LaGrange County, Indiana, located at 0875S SR-9, LaGrange, Indiana 46761 on 6-27-12 at 10 A Local Time, the fee simple title together with the rents, profits, issues and income or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs of the following described real estate located in LaGrange County, Indiana, to-wit:
Lot #13 in the Plat of Rustlin Oaks as recorded in LaGrange County, Indiana, Plat Book 2, Page 86.
Lot #8 in the Plat of First Addition to Rustlin Oaks as recorded in LaGrange County, Indiana, Plat Book 4, Page 88 excepting therefrom the following described tract: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot #8; thence North 58 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds East (platted bearing) 10.0 feet along the North line of said Lot to an iron pin; thence South 32 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds East 98.30 feet to an iron pin on the South line of said Lot; thence South 75 degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds West 15.0 feet along said South line to the Southwest corner of said Lot; thence North 29 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds West 94.0 feet along the West line of said Lot to the point of beginning and containing 0.027 acre, more or less.

This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws conflicting therewith (see Indiana Code).
It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption from such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the undersigned, Sheriff of LaGrange County, a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.
Taken as the property of the Defendant(s) stated above at the suit of BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP. Said sale to be without relief from valuation and/or appraisement laws.
