NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of LaGrange County, Indiana, in Cause Number 44C01-1003-MF-24 wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P. was Plaintiff, and Mark Edward Dempsey III was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18 day of April, 2012, at the hour 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana.
Lots Forty-one (41), Forty-three (43) and Forty-four (44) in Citizens Addition to the Town of South Milford. Also, West 15 feet of the North 10 feet of Lot #40 in Citizen’s Addition to the Town of South Milford, as Recorded in LaGrange County Surveyor’s Record D, Pages 26 and 27.
