     By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-0609-MF-43 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Sandra K. Jacobs and Green Tree Servicing, LLC, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18 day of April, 2012, at the hour of 10 am., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Lagrange County Sheriff’s Department, 0875 S. SR 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in LaGrange County, Indiana.
