NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Decree of Sale directed to me by the Clerk of the LaGrange Circuit Court in Cause No. 44C01-0506-MF-29 Alan Hsiung Hwa Chao Plaintiff vs. Salvador Caballero, Jose C. Caballero, and Irma Caballero, Defendants, requiring me to sell at public auction the following described real estate, situated in LaGrange, Indiana, to-wit: 720 S Detroit St.
Lot Number Seventeen (17) in Ellison’s Addition to the Town of LaGrange, situated in the East half of the Northwest quarter (¼) of Section thirty (30), Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Ten (10) East. ALSO portions of vacated alleys described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin on the Northwest corner of said Lot #17; thence North eighty-seven (87) degrees twenty-eight (28) minutes twenty (20) seconds East one hundred eleven and eighty-five hundredths (111.85) feet to a P.K. nail set in the West right of way line of State Road Nine; thence South zero (0) degree forty-two (42) minutes zero (0) seconds East four and forty-five hundredths (4.45) feet, more or less, to a point on the North line of said Lot 17; thence West on the said North line to the point of beginning. ALSO Beginning at an iron pin on the Northwest corner of said Lot #17; thence North eighty-nine (89) degrees fifty-eight (58) minutes Twenty (20) seconds West sixteen and five tenths (16.5) feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 18 in said Ellison’s Addition; thence South two (2) degrees forty-nine (49) minutes twenty (20) seconds East one hundred thirty-two and ten hundredths (132.10) feet to an iron pin on the North right-of-way line of Bell Street; thence North eighty-nine (89) degrees twenty-seven (27) minutes forty (40) seconds East ten (10) feet, more or less, to the Southwest corner of said Lot 17; thence North one hundred thirty-two (132) feet along the West line of said Lot 17 to the point of beginning.
The undersigned Sheriff will offer the fee simple title to the same for sale at LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department, LaGrange, Indiana on Dec 19, 2012, at 10 A o’clock A. m.
Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
Terms of Sale: Cash
The Sheriff will issue a Sheriff’s Deed to the Purchaser.
