NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Superior Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44D01-1006-MF-24 wherein Chase Home Finance LLC was Plaintiff, and Kristopher Gest was Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb, 2012, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in, Lagrange County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered Three (3), as the said Lot is known and designated on the recorded Plat of WEAVER’S INBETWEEN, recorded as Document Number 96-08-464; said Plat being recorded in Plat Book 10, page 95, in the Office of the Recorder of LaGrange County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 9275 W 750 N, Shipshewana, IN 46565-8910

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
