NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Superior Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44D01-1005-MF-17 wherein Chase Home Financial LLC was Plaintiff, and Lynn A. Streich and Wells Fargo Bank, N,A. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in LaGrange County, Indiana.
Situated in LaGrange County, State of Indiana, to-wit: Lot Number Seven (7) and Lot Number Eight (8) in Duesler’s First Addition to Royer Lake Resort located in the South Half (½) of the Fractional Northeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 36 North, Range 10 East, ALSO Lot Number 17 in Royer Lake Resort as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 94 of the Recorder in the Office of LaGrange County, Indiana.
