NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Superior Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44D01-0810-MF-60 wherein LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-FF2 was Plaintiff, and Luz Maria Aguilar and Manuel Aguilarwere Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb, 2012, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in, Lagrange County, Indiana.
Lot Number Two (2) in the Re-Plat of Wenzel Acres, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 37 North, Range 10 East, recorded in Plat Book 20, pages 70-70A.
