NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Superior Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44D01-0810-MF-59 wherein Wachovia Bank of Delaware, N.A., successor by merger to First Union National Bank of Delaware, successor by merger to First Union Home Equity Bank, N.A., successor by merger to First Union Home Equity Corporation was Plaintiff, and John R. Kramer was Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Lagrange County Sheriff’s Department, 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in, Lagrange County, Indiana.
Lot One (1) in Earl’s Subdivision located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 37 North, Range 10 East, Bloomfield Township.
