NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Superior Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44D01-0806-MF-28 wherein Washington Mutual Bank was Plaintiff, and Louann L. Moss a/k/a/ Louann Moss was Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb, 2012, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in, Lagrange County, Indiana.
Lot Fifteen (15) in Harp’s Addition to Fairview Park, located within the corporate limits of the Town of LaGrange, LaGrange County, Indiana, recorded September 28, 1964 in Plat Book 4, page 39, of the records of the LaGrange County Recorder. Subject to restrictions, covenants, limitations and easements of Fairview Park Addition as recorded July 8, 1963 in Plat Book 4, pages 31B & 31C, of the records of the LaGrange County Recorder.
