NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Circuit Court of Lagrange County, indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-1009-MF-90 wherein PNC Mortgage, a division of PNC Bank, N.A., successor by merger to National City Mortgage, a division of National City Bank was Plaintiff, and Andrew R. Rennhack a/k/a Andrew Rennhack and Three Rivers Federal Credit Union were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb, 2012, at the hour of 10 Am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana.
Lot #39 and Lot #40 in Holiday Estates, an Addition to Royer Lake, as shown in Plat Book 4, page 68, LaGrange County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 2410 S 435 E, Lagrange, IN 46761

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
