NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Circuit Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-1006-MF-69 wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P. was Plaintiff, and Christopher L. Bailey and Peggy J. Bailey were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb, 2012, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in LaGrange County, Indiana.
Lot 3 and Lot 4, Block 1, McClasky’s Eastern Addition of LaGrange. Also shown 16.5 feet unimproved alley between Lots 2 and 3, all recorded in Plat Book 1, page 20 and Deed Record 20, page 495. section 19, township 37 north, range 10 east. LaGrange County, Indiana.
