Lewis, was the defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb 2012, 2011, at the hour of 10 A or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 S SR 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Lagrange County, Indiana:
