NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of LaGrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-1003-MF-34, wherein Chase Home Finance LLC was plaintiff and Shirley E. Lewis, was the defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb 2012, 2011, at the hour of 10 A or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 S SR 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Lagrange County, Indiana:

Lot Number Twenty (20) in Secondary Plat of Country Hill Estates, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 9 East, recorded in Plat Book 15, pages 20-20A.
