NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of LaGrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-1110-MF-81, wherein PNC Bank, National Association was plaintiff and Carlos Espinoza , was the defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18 day of April 2012, at the hour of 10 A or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 S SR 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Lagrange County, Indiana:

North ½ of Lot 3 in the 1st Addition to Kehr Acres. The same being out of the East ½ of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 1, Township 37 North, Range 9 East.
