NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Circuit Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-0505-MF-20 wherein Homecomings Financial Network Inc. was Plaintiff, and Reed L. Pranger and Deby S. Pranger were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18 day of April, 2012, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana.

Beginning at a point One Hundred Fifty-three (153) feet West of the East Quarter Post of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Eleven (11) East, and running thence Westerly along the ¼ Section line Thirteen (13) feet; thence North parallel to the East Section line of said Section 22, Four Hundred Thirty-four (434) feet, thence Easterly parallel to the ¼ Section line One Hundred Sixty-six (166) Feet to a point on the East line of said Section, thence South along the East Section line Two Hundred Thirty Four (234) Feet, thence Westerly parallel to the ¼ Section line One Hundred Fifty-three (153) Feet, thence south Two Hundred (200) feet to the point of beginning.
