NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Superior Court of Lagrange County, indiana, in Cause No. 44D01-0908-MF-51 wherein U. S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Specialty Underwriting and Residential FinanceTrust Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates  Series 2006-BC1 was Plaintiff, and Randy Delaruelle was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb, 2012, at the hour of 10 Am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana.

Lot No. 1 in Block 5 in Babocks Section Addition to the Town of Topeka.

More commonly known as 126 North Harrison Street, Topeka, IN 46571

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
