NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Superior Court of Lagrange County, indiana, in Cause No. 44D01-0901-MF-9 wherein CitiFinancial Services, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Vickie Combs, J.W. Combs, Snow & Sauerteig, LLP and The Unknown Tenant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb, 2012, at the hour of 10 Am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lagrange County, Indiana.
Lot 12, 13 and 14 in the Village of Elmira, Lagrange County, State of Indiana. Lot Number Nine (9) in The Original Plat of the Town of Elmira as recorded in Plat Book 1, at page 57 of the Records of the Recorder's Office, LaGrange County, Indiana.
