NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of LaGrange Circuit Court of Lagrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-1004-MF-41 wherein Chase Home Finance LLC was Plaintiff, and Robert J. Pieciak and Sherri A. Pieciak were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22 day of Feb, 2012, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 South State Road 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in, Lagrange County, Indiana.
LOT 11 AND THE NORTH HALF OF LOT 12 IN THE PLAT OF DUESLER’S 1ST ADDITON TO ROYER LAKE RESORT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 11 IN THE RECORDS OF LAGRANGE COUNTY, INDIANA.
