LEGAL NOTICE

     On March 11, 2013, the Topeka Town Board adopted a Resolution pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-1 et seq.  recognizing an established economic revitalization area and granting a ten (10) year tax abatement for personal property following a petition filed by S&H Metal Products, Inc..

     A description of the affected area is available and can be inspected at the office of the Topeka Town Clerk.

     Interested persons may file remonstrances or objections pursuant to I.C. 6.-1.1-12.1-1 et seq., which shall be received and heard at a public hearing conducted by the Topeka Town Board at the Topeka Town Hall, Topeka, Indiana, on the 25th day of March, 2013, at 5:00 p.m.  After considering all evidence the Topeka Town Board, Topeka, Indiana, will take final action pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-1 et seq.
