Public Notice - S&H Metal

LEGAL NOTICE

          On March 12, 2012, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Topeka, Indiana adopted a Resolution pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-1 et seq.  recognizing an established economic revitalization area and granting a five (5) year tax abatement for equipment in the sum of Three Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($300,000.00) following a petition filed by S&H Metal Products, Inc.

          A description of the affected area is available and can be inspected  at the office of the LaGrange County Assessor, LaGrange, Indiana.

          Interested persons may file remonstrances or objections pursuant to I.C. 6.-1.1-12.1-1 et seq., which shall be received and heard at a public hearing conducted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Topeka Indiana at the Topeka Town Hall, on the 26th day of March, 2012, at 5:00 p.m.   After considering all evidence the Board of Trustees of the Town of Topeka Indiana will take final action pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-1 et seq.
