NOTICE OF FINDINGS AND ORDER OF THE BOARD

On Monday, August 6th, 2012, at 6:00pm, the LaGrange County Drainage Board met in the Commissioner’s Room on the first floor of the LaGrange County Office Building, 114 West Michigan Street, LaGrange, Indiana 46761. A public hearing was held on the above referenced drain.

The board found and ordered to adopt the table of assessments and establish a maintenance fund for said drain as amended.

The findings and order of the Board have been filed and are available for inspection in the office of the LaGrange County Surveyor.
