PUBLIC NOTICE

Jay Lehman (8940 W 450N, Topeka) is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of his intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Jay Lehman – Poultry Barn, found 340’ East of CR 900 W on CR 450 N.  Run-off from the project site will leave via underground flow in the Trussdale Ditch.
