Notice is hereby given that vegetation management is estimated to occur some time between 1/4/13 – 7/1/13 within the boundaries of the following area: In LaGrange County, State Rd 120 to the South, N 1050 E to the East, E 750 N to the North and N 700 E to the West. Publication of this notice initiates the two (2) week window for calculating implied consent by the property owner under 170 IAC 4-9-4(f).
