Public Notice -Meijer expansion

LEGAL NOTICE

In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given for a new 24,500 +/- s.f. building expansion for Meijer, 536 North Main Street, Middlebury, Indiana.  The Project includes building expansion, loading dock, drive, and utilities.  The Project is scheduled to commence in September, 2012 and construction should be completed in June, 2013.  More specifically, the Project is located in the N 1/2 of Section 2, T 37 N, R 7 E.  Receiving waters are Little Elkhart River.  Any questions should be directed to the attention of Frank Jaen, Meijer, 3040 Remico Street SW, Grandville, MI  49418, (616) 735-8270.
