AND EDITH HALL

        Brian K. Hall and Edith Hall, are hereby notified that a Notice of Claim was filed in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court, 105 N. Detroit Street, LaGrange, Indiana 46761.

        On said date, the Plaintiff also filed their praecipe for summons along with supporting affidavit showing that diligent search has been made and that Brian K. Hall and Edith Hall cannot be located.

        If Brian K. Hall and Edith Hall wish to contest the Notice of Claim, they must file notice with the Court not more than thirty (30) days after the last notice of the action is published.

        If Brian K. Hall and Edith Hall do not file a motion to contest the claim within thirty (30) days after the last notice of the action is published, a judgment by default may be entered against them for the relief demanded in the complaint
