        Deborah S. Bond is hereby notified that the Complaint to Domesticate a Foreign Judgment was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the LaGrange Circuit Court, 105 N. Detroit St., LaGrange, Indiana 46761.

        On said date, the Petitioner, David T. Bond, also filed his Praecipe for Summons along with supporting affidavit showing that diligent search has been made and that Deborah S. Bond cannot be located.

        If Deborah S. Bond wishes to contest the Complaint to Domesticate a Foreign Judgment, she must file notice with the Court not more than thirty (30) days after the last notice of the action is published.
