PUBLIC NOTICE

Benjamin Miller (250 E Berkshire Dr., Shipshewana) is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of his intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Ben’s Pretzel, found on the corner of SR #5 and Berkshire Drive in Shipshewana.  Run-off from the project site will leave via underground flow to the Brandenberry ditch which flows through Cotton Lake to the Sara Davis ditch which flows through Shipshewana Lake to Page Ditch which ends in the Pigeon River.
