NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is given that the Topeka Town Board of Trustees shall hold a public hearing to determine whether to waive, to the extent necessary, any noncompliance by the Applicant and/or the Council with the Act, including but not limited to, any failure to submit said Statements before the initiation of the rehabilitation of the real estate or installation of new manufacturing equipment or personal property.

Interested persons may file remonstrances or objections pursuant to I.C. 6.-1.1-12.1-1 et seq., which shall be received and heard at a public hearing conducted by the Topeka Town Board at the Topeka Town Hall, Topeka, Indiana, on the 4th day of June, 2012, at 5:00 p.m.  After considering all evidence the Topeka Town Board, Topeka, Indiana, will take final action pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-1 et seq.
