Middlebury Solar, Porter County Public Notice

“Middlebury Solar LLC (1333 Northland Dr., Suite 210, Mendota Heights, MN 55120) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Middlebury Solar project located in the northeast quadrant of intersection of County Road 12 and State Highway 13 on County Road 12 in York Township, Elkhart County.  Runoff from the project site will ultimately discharge to Little Elkhart Creek.  Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to Chris Little of Middlebury Solar LLC.”
